House Bill 467

House Bill 467 is new law that allows people who donate to two year colleges be treated the same as people who donate to four year colleges.  Currently, donators can take a tax deduction if they donate to a four year college.  This bill will allow donators to take a tax deduction if they make a donation to two year community colleges, tribal colleges, and technical colleges.  Simple bill with a great opportunity in it for local donations to go to local colleges.
